4 Tips for Excelling in Business

This article marks the final edition of What Wealth DynamX Believes. The focus of the VIII part series is to communicate to you, the belief system of my company as it relates to helping you build wealth and own your potential. To read the previous editions click here. Today we will discuss the final 4 cultural values of Wealth DynamX. These the policies and values we hold above all!

1. Have self-determinism. You are in charge of your life. Never give control of your freedom, your ability, your decision making, or your destiny away to someone else. Everything you do financially must be conscious, voluntary, and for a good reason. Operating with self determinism means having full control at all times.

2. Be ethical. Yes this does mean have honesty, do the right thing, and build wealth in a way you will be proud of. But this also and most importantly means to be ethical with the small things. We all know not to steal, commit fraud, etc. But we were never taught that when you told yourself you’d save $1000 this month and then did not, that it is unethical. The truth is, it is unethical. And it results in lowered production and lowered confidence. Those without production and without confidence will never truly succeed. Do what you know you should do. Don’t do what you know you shouldn’t do. That is what it means to be ethical.

3. Have production. This goes back to “be ethical”. Produce means to bring forth. That means to build wealth we must come from a position of contribution. You must have something of value to bring to the table to exchange with those around you. When investors believe they do not need to bring anything to the table but their money, they are making a decision that will forever stunt their potential. Have production. Always strive to deliver more, do more, bring more, and produce more.

4. Take Massive Action. Read the 10X Rule. This book personally changed my life. It talks about how any goal an individual desires to achieve will actually take 10X more action than the person believes. Voluntarily take 10X levels of action so that you are happening to your problems rather than your problems happening to you. Want to be a millionaire? Do the work you believe it would take to get to $10 million and surely you will get to $1 million. Take responsibility for causing your own problems in the pursuit of your own goals.

The successful are doers, not talkers. I will not quit with you. If you are a quitter, do not sign up for this program. If you become a client and decide to quit, it will be the hardest thing you’ve ever done. Why? Because I care about your potential and I am not going to make it easy for you to break trust with yourself, injure you confidence, and leave your future destitute.
