In a recent phone interview with a job candidate, I learned that this person had worked for their current employer for the past 12 years. I asked her to send me a sample of her work, and she replied that she had nothing to show for herself. I persisted and suggested that she send a demo or a portfolio, but she had absolutely nothing.

* You improved lives
* You resolved a conflict
* You inspired change
* You negotiated a deal
From this day forward, document your results:
1. State the original problem
2. Describe your contribution
3. Measure the results
