The concept of network marketing is simple. Share a product or service that you love and when anyone you refer buys the product you get a commission.

In my experience there are two reasons: you either run out of people to talk to, or you have people to talk to but no idea what to say to them. When I started in network marketing five years ago, I was beyond excited. I put posters up around my city and I just peppered my Facebook wall with links to my company website. I expected the money to just start pouring in, but it didn’t.
So, I did some research and found out that I could buy leads through the use of solo ads. I spent hundreds even thousands of dollars on solo ads. Leads were rolling in and soon I found myself on the leaderboard in my company for leads generated. Once again, I expected the money to just start pouring in, but it didn’t. While I am sure the leads were good I had no idea what to do with them and I really couldn’t afford to keep spending money like that.
